Shipping information.

1. Dispatch Time:

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Location:

  • IOTA Aesthetics ships products from Mt Barker, South Australia, located on Peramangk land.

3. Shipping Carriers:

  • Orders will be dispatched via Sendle or Australia Post, depending on the most suitable and efficient carrier for your location.

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

5. Approximate Postage Times:

  • Please note that the following are approximate postage times from the date of dispatch:

    • Standard Shipping (2-14 days): $5 Australia-wide

    • Express Shipping: $12 Australia-wide

      • Within South Australia: 1-2 business days

      • Interstate (Australia-wide): 1-3 business days

      • Remote Areas: Please allow additional time for delivery

6. International Shipping:

  • For international shipping please contact Lucy directly at lucy@iotaaesthetics.com.au She will give you options and a quote based on quantity and location.

7. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the selected shipping option:

    • Standard Shipping: $5 Australia-wide

    • Express Shipping: $12 Australia-wide

8. Delays and Force Majeure:

  • IOTA Aesthetics is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • IOTA Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility shifts to the customer.

10. Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IOTA Aesthetics is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and refund policy.

 

Thank you for choosing IOTA Aesthetics for your beauty needs. I strive to provide high-quality products to enhance your aesthetic experience. Please review my Returns Policy before applying for a return/refund.

1. Returns Eligibility:

- I accept returns only for faulty products. I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.

2. Faulty Products:

- If you receive a Brow Fix - Brow Gel that is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- To initiate the returns process, please email Lucy at lucy@iotaaesthetics.com.au with your order number and a clear description of the fault or damage.

3. Detachable Brush Information:

- The brush included with the Brow Fix - Brow Gel is intentionally detachable for easy cleaning. Please note that removing the brush is part of the product design and is not considered a fault.

4. Return Process:

- When reporting a faulty product, I will guide you through the returns process.

- If the return is approved, I will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

5. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by IOTA Aesthetics. This cost will be refunded to you if in fact the item is faulty.

- I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

6. Refund or Replacement:

- Upon receiving the returned product, I will inspect it to verify the reported fault.

- If the fault is confirmed, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement product.

7. Timeframe:

- Please note that the returns process, from initiation to resolution, may take up to 30 business days.

Nano brows (Hair like cosmetic tattoo) $580

What is Nano Brows vs Microblading?

Both nano brows and microblading are a form of a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo. They are a way to enhance the brow and give them volume by drawing on extra hairs.

The main difference between these two treatments is that microblading uses a manual tool, and nano brows are done with a PMU machine.

Nano brows tend to cause less trauma to the skin and last a little longer in the skin. For these reasons I highly recommend them to anyone who scars easily or has oily skin (oilier skin types generally find PMU fades faster).

Nano will need to be touched up every 12-18 months based on skin type and skin treatment.

Brow Lamination, tinting and waxing $30-95

BROW LAMINATION:

Brow lamination is like a perm for your eyebrows. It will give them a fuller, fluffier look instantly. This is great for people who brush up their brows daily as it will hold the hair in this shape so they they are more easily managed.

Results last 4-6 weeks.

BROW TINTING:

I use a hybrid dye by Bronson. This is a vegan dye which tints the brow hairs for longer than your average dye (hybrid lasts approx 5-7 weeks ) and the skin for approx 1 weeks.

Faux frekcles $80-250

Faux freckles are a form of Permanent makeup. We can do just a few or a full face, you decide!

The session will take between 1 and 2 hours (based on how many freckles you are wanting). The freckles are done using a hand held, PMU machine.

Faux freckles generally last approx 12 months on the skin before they require touch ups.

Lash Lifting and tinting $60-$75

A perm for your lashes that will leave them beautifully curled. I will then tint you lashes with a black or brown dye which will give them a beautiful, natural mascara look. It instantly makes the eyes look more open and brighter.

A lash lift lasts between 8-12 dependant on your lash growth.

Booking policy:

Deposits

All of my services require a non-refundable 30% deposit. The full amount of the deposit paid will be deducted off the price of the service on the day of your appointment. This deposit is valid for 6 months.

 

If you are paying with a voucher you do not need to pay a deposit, however the value of the deposit will be subtracted from your voucher if you do not adhere to the cancellation policy.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment you automatically forfeit your deposit.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

You must give us 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or you automatically forfeit your deposit. You can reschedual your appointment by clikcing the button below.

Your deposit can be used to reschedule a maximum of 3 times after the initial booking.

Cancellations/no shows who have not given 48 hours notice may be charged in full for their appointment.
