As a green studio, IOTA Aesthetics uses eco-friendly products wherever possible—biodegradable, compostable, or recyclable. All pigments and aftercare are vegan and cruelty-free, so you can feel good about your beauty choices.

My Story
Hi, I’m Lucy, the founder of IOTA Aesthetics.
I started this journey in 2022 with a mission to redefine permanent makeup (PMU). Truthfully, I wasn’t always a fan of PMU—so much of it looked unnatural. But in 2019, when a dear friend undergoing chemotherapy had to travel interstate for natural-looking brows, I realised the transformative power of confidence. Helping her feel her best sparked my passion for creating beautifully subtle, natural-looking PMU.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively and my background as a registered nurse means I bring a deep understanding of facial structure, precision, and impeccable hygiene to every session.
Beyond the studio, I’m a mum of three, a coffee enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed plant-loving dork. My goal is to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable, with plenty of time to plan your perfect look. Each session includes all aftercare essentials (at no extra cost) and a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not 100% happy after two sessions, a third touch-up is free of charge.
